QR Code to This Survey

Customize QR for Your Class or Group

Enter a custom group name (e.g., a class period, teacher name, school year, event, etc.) to generate a unique QR code. Any survey responses submitted using that QR will be tagged to this group, so you can view results filtered just for your learners.

When you click on Generate QR, you will see only results from learners who took the survey by following that QR code.

Survey codes are not unique. This means someone else may have already used your code, and you might see additional responses from other learners included in the results.
