En la ciudad de Montevideo hay un edificio1 grande y bonito. Se llama el Palacio Salvo. Me gusta mucho ese edificio. Me llamo Daniel. Soy bajo, joven y guapo. También soy un poco débil. Soy influencer. Me gusta sacar fotos y subir2 posts a las redes sociales3. Quiero ser el influencer más famoso del mundo.
Pero tengo un problema. Mi problema se llama Rosa. Rosa es mi enemiga. También es influencer. Es alta, fuerte y muy famosa.
Un día vi un mensaje4 de Rosa en las redes. Ella escribió:
Oye, @ElDanielReal, voy a tomar una foto de un fantasma antes que vos5.
Yo escribí:
Fui a la cárcel vieja porque había muchas apariciones de fantasmas7 allí. Rosa también fue. Rosa llevaba una cámara Polaroid. Yo llevaba mi teléfono inteligente. Llegamos al mismo8 tiempo. Cuando entramos a la cárcel los dos empezamos a hacer livestream.
Entonces empezó a llover muy fuerte. Rosa vio algo raro. Sacó su cámara Polaroid y tomó una foto. ¡Había un fantasma!
Me dio envidia9. Traté de agarrar la foto, pero Rosa me empujó10. Me caí al lodo11. ¡Qué vergüenza12!

En la Plaza Independencia en la ciudad de Montevideo, hay un edificio1 que llama la atención. Es el Palacio Salvo. Con su estilo arquitectónico ecléctico2, es un símbolo de la capital uruguaya. Representa la prosperidad de las primeras décadas del siglo3 XX.
En la sombra4 del Palacio Salvo caminaba un hombre bajo. Su nombre era Daniel. Era un hombre guapo, rico e5 inteligente. Era joven. Tenía veintiséis años. También era débil. Daniel siempre estaba posteando6 en las redes sociales7. Quería ser el influencer más famoso del mundo.
Sin embargo8, Daniel tenía un problema. Ese problema se llamaba Rosa. Era una influencer rival y la enemiga mortal de Daniel. Rosa era tan rica como Daniel. También era tan bella como su rival. Rosa era más alta y mucho más fuerte que Daniel, quien era muy débil. La joven tenía veintidós años y un montón de seguidores9 en las redes.
Un día, Daniel abrió el navegador y vio un mensaje de Rosa que decía:
¡Ja ja ja! @ElDanielReal piensa que va a ser la primera persona en la historia de tomarle una foto a un fantasma… Pues yo estoy preparada…
Había una foto con el mensaje. La foto era de Rosa. En la foto, ella tenía una cámara Polaroid antigua y mucho equipo10 para detectar actividad paranormal.
«Ay, esa maldita Rosa», pensó Daniel para sí mismo. Daniel pensó en un buen tuit y entonces le arrobó11 a Rosa:
En el tuit, Daniel incluyó13 una foto de una cárcel. Justo afuera14 de la cárcel había un cementerio que era famoso por tener muchas apariciones de fantasma.15.
«Ay, ¡Se armó!16» pensó Rosa.
A la mañana siguiente17, Daniel y Rosa salieron de sus respectivas casas a buscar fantasmas en la cárcel. Rosa llevaba su cámara Polaroid y Daniel llevaba un teléfono inteligente. Los enemigos llegaron al mismo18 tiempo. Los dos estaban haciendo un livestream.
—Daniel… —dijo Rosa con intensidad. Ella no quería que Daniel encontrara19 un fantasma antes que ella.
—Rosa… —dijo Daniel, entrecerrando los ojos20. Tampoco21 quería que su enemiga encontrara un fantasma antes que él.
Con eso, los enemigos empezaron a buscar un fantasma. Estaban buscando el fantasma cuando empezó a llover. La lluvia estaba despeinando el cabello22 de Rosa, lo que era muy importante para la influencer.
—Ay, está lloviendo... —le dijo Daniel—. ¿Por qué no vas a casa a peinarte?
—¿Por qué no te callas23? —dijo Rosa.
En ese momento, Rosa encontró un fantasma. Sacó su cámara Polaroid y tomó una foto. La foto instantánea tardó unos momentos para revelarse24.
Cuando la foto se reveló, había un fantasma en la foto.
A Daniel, quien era muy hater, le dio envidia25. Daniel fue a agarrar la foto de la mano de Rosa. Lamentablemente, Daniel era muy débil. Entonces Rosa le dio un empujón26 y Daniel se cayó27 en el lodo28, humillado en el livestream de su enemiga mortal.
