Entro en mi apartamento y preparo un cafecito. Aunque5 estoy cansada, no puedo dormir. Tengo una prueba mañana y tengo que estudiar.

Tengo veintiún años y quiero ser una atleta profesional. Quiero correr en las Olimpiadas. Pero ahora no soy atleta profesional, sino6 soy estudiante. Estudio tres materias: el arte, la medicina deportiva y la biología. Soy inteligente, pero no estudio mucho. No me gusta estudiar.

Una mujer alta y atlética corre por las calles1 de Cochabamba, Bolivia. La mujer, que se llama Patricia, llega a su apartamento en Cala Cala2 a las siete y media de la noche. Está cansada3 después de4 correr. Entra en su apartamento y prepara un cafecito. Aunque5 está cansada, no puede dormir en este momento. Tiene una prueba mañana y tiene que estudiar.

Patricia es joven. Tiene veintiún años. Quiere ser una atleta profesional. Quiere correr atletismo en las Olimpiadas. En este momento no es una atleta profesional sino6 estudiante.

Patricia Estudia tres materias académicas este trimestre. Tiene una clase de arte, una clase de medicina deportiva y una clase de biología. Patricia es una persona muy inteligente, pero no pasa mucho tiempo estudiando7.

Después de tomar el cafecito, son las ocho de la noche. Patricia se sienta en el sofá y piensa para sí misma8:
